My sons are probably the most hilarious people on this earth. I love that about them but not so much at 10:30 p.m. or 4:00 a.m. Shemar has the cutest little song and dance he got off of Cartoon Network, "Are you Seeing This!" It is adorable and he always does it for me in his drawers while jumping in and out of my bedroom door. Well last night he fell asleep and forgot his nite time ritual. Or so I thought. Out of the blue he comes into my room at 10:30ish with "Are you seeing this!" Actually I had taken my tiny little pill and I didn't know what the heck he was talking about. But I leaned against the wall while he jumped around making me terribly dizzy....
He finished and I got a phone call that woke me up sufficiently enough to see the mess that was in my upstairs bathroom. so I was cleaning up and talking. I also discovered Twitter. I may be in love with myself. No one can see it but me... Anyway, that's another post. I fell asleep around 12ish. I guess the time is getting to me.
AT 4:00 a.m. Shemar has a bad dream, makes a noise, (that I honestly try to ignore), and then realizes that his younger brother has wet the bed. Now I got a 5'4" toy soldier in my bed. Well let's not forget he just had a bad dream. As he is drifting off to sleep he jumps up all of a sudden swishing my pillow around, yelling frantically. I had to put on some low sounds and pray he let me get some more sleep. He fell out I didn't. I gave him that pillow and started moving around. Then Sherod figures out he has wet the bed and comes into the bathroom as I'm brushing butt-naked. I just get it from all sides. Then he gets a towel to put on the bed cause he is going to lay back down.
I tell him to go sleep with his brother until it's time to wake up!!!! This is why I can't lock my door at night. Why I lose sleep when they lose sleep. I would really love to lock that door but then they would need me and I might not wake up. What's a momma to do????
