I am totally back!
I went a way just not sure why! I am struggling a lot lately, but I have decided that I am going to find a healthy way to live that does not include a lot of processed food and synthetic drugs. I understand that it is going to take baby steps for my little family to get there, but you got to start somewhere.
I am starting with myself. I am going to talk to my psychiatrist and see if he has any recommendations on alternatives. I know that having a regular sleep/wake cycle is key so I am going to start there. I am not sure how much sleep I really need at this point, I am not used to paying attention to when I lay down and when I rise. My goal for this week is to go to sleep at 10 p.m. regardless of what's going on and wake up around 5 a.m.
Let's see how that goes.
